Thomas and the team were fantastic! He was very responsive and took the time to educate my wife and me about our plumbing ecosystem as well. He literally walked into the house, and within a few moments identified what the issue was, which was an incorrectly installed garbage disposal (we are in a newer house, and turns out the builders cut a few corners) and showed it to us.

These guys were great, professional, and quick!! They came at night… I interrupted their dinner.. and they still showed up with great professional attitudes. I would have been disgruntled being taken out of my home at dinner time in the rain… but not these guys they were very nice.
